As Marm Travel, we switch to working from home with all our staff in order to reduce the risk of COVID-19. All our activities, including the 24/7 call center and operational services, will be carried out with a home-working system throughout the epidemic period as of March 26.

The updated business continuity plans were implemented by our IT team before the epidemic, and the home working system was activated in a very short time thanks to our call center infrastructure investments. The process has been successfully completed with the test studies we have conducted over the past week.

Currently, we can continue our activities with 100% capacity and business continuity in the home-working environment.
